Great experience along the journey of having a damaged ring getting it re modelled. Process took quite awhile, but I didn’t mind as wasn’t in a rush and enjoyed the process. Took in 3 rings and was able to use the gold and stones. I came up with design whilst Thorpe n brown finalised from my vision and drawing (I’m not artist!) Then when all done I had a valuation done so I knew cost for insurance. Great service enjoyed.
